My journey in physical therapy started in 2012 when I had torn my meniscus in gymnastics and had surgery done. I was a patient at the Shelby Township location before and after my surgery. I absolutely loved the atmosphere and how willing the staff was to help everyone that they could. I always knew I wanted to be in the medical field, but this experience is what made me fall in love with physical therapy. In 2015 I began coaching gymnastics and in 2018 I became a physical therapy tech and realized I had the best of both worlds. I enjoyed pushing my athletes to be the best that they could be and I also enjoyed helping patients improve their quality of life. I graduated from Macomb Community College in 2021 with my degree in physical therapy and could not be more excited about working at the place that sparked my interest in this field.
